The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to ensure product quality across all stages of the development lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Minimum1 year of experienceinManual Testing.
Hands-on experience in testingCRM or web-based applications.
Strong understanding ofSDLC and STLCprocesses.
Experience intest case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
Familiarity with tools likeJIRA, Bugzilla.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Job Responsibilities
Performmanual testingof CRM software applications to ensure quality and functionality.
Understand business and technical requirements to design effective test cases.
Execute test cases, report defects, and track them to closure.
Performfunctional, regression, integration, and UI testing.
Work closely with thedevelopment and product teamsto identify and resolve issues.
Document and maintain test results, defect reports, and quality metrics.
Validate bug fixes and perform re-testing.
Provide feedback to improve the usability and performance of the product
