QA Tester

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented QA Tester with at least 1 year of experience in Manual Testing, preferably within CRM or web-based applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to ensure product quality across all stages of the development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Manual Testing.
  • Hands-on experience in testing CRM or web-based applications.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
  • Experience in test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Bugzilla.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform manual testing of CRM software applications to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Understand business and technical requirements to design effective test cases.
  • Execute test cases, report defects, and track them to closure.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UI testing.
  • Work closely with the development and product teams to identify and resolve issues.
  • Document and maintain test results, defect reports, and quality metrics.
  • Validate bug fixes and perform re-testing.
  • Provide feedback to improve the usability and performance of the product
