Job Description
At WebLedger, we are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Shopify Developer with strong experience in Liquid coding, theme customization, and e-commerce development. You will be responsible for creating high-performance Shopify stores, implementing custom features, and ensuring smooth integrations to support our brand’s digital growth. You will work closely with designers, marketers, and product teams to deliver optimized, user-friendly, and visually appealing Shopify experiences.
Required Skills & Qualification
- Strong knowledge of Shopify, Liquid programming, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience in developing and customizing Shopify themes
- Ability to integrate Shopify apps and create custom app features
- Understanding of Shopify API, REST API, and third-party integrations
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for Shopify stores
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Experience with speed optimization and performance improvements
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and optimize Shopify themes and store functionality
- Create custom sections, scripts, and features using Liquid and JavaScript
- Integrate third-party tools, apps, payment gateways, and CRMs
- Conduct regular performance audits and improve store speed
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, theme conflicts, or UI issues
- Implement on-page SEO and ensure proper site structure
- Collaborate with designers and marketing teams for UI/UX improvements
- Maintain code quality, documentation, and version control
- Ensure smooth deployment, testing, and store maintenance
