We are looking for energetic and driven Telesales Executives who will be the first point of contact for our
inbound leads. Your role will be to connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and qualify
them for the next stage i.e., product demo by our Sales team.
This is a high-impact role where your ability to communicate, analyse needs, and build initial trust will directly
influence revenue.
Required Skills & Qualification
● Freshers to 1 year of experience in telesales / inside sales
● Strong communication skills in English + Hindi (regional language is a plus)
● Confident on calls and comfortable handling objections
● Basic understanding of sales processes is a plus
● Self-motivated and disciplined (since role is remote)
● Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment
Job Responsibilities
● Connect with inbound leads via calls in a timely manner
● Understand client requirements and business use cases
● Pitch WebLedger’s value proposition clearly and confidently
● Qualify leads based on defined criteria
● Schedule and handover qualified leads for product demo
● Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM
● Follow up with leads to ensure movement in the funnel
● Work closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth transitions
